Shopping with the Crafty Little Dragon is easy just
enter the quantity of the item that you wish to purchase, add to your
cart and then either continue “Shopping” or “Checkout”.
There is no minimum order.
All our prices include VAT.
We currently only accept payment by PayPal through our website.
If an item of stock is unavailable, the Crafty Little Dragon will let
not let you “Buy”. You will be advised how many we do have in stock,
ensuring that you get what you want when you want it (no waiting on
back orders).
We only accept orders from UK.
The Crafty Little Dragon’s shipping calculator helps to minimise
postage costs and will be calculated on the sub total of your order as
follows.
Up to £1.00 £0.75
Up to £15.00 £1.50
Up to £30.00 £2.25
Over £30.00 FREE
We aim to post all items within 1-3 working days.
We are happy to accept the return of any faulty items and will provide
a full refund (inclusive of any postage costs) providing the item is
returned within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of the items you have
ordered you can return them. Providing these are returned in their
original condition/packaging within 7 days upon receipt of your order,
a full refund will be received (postage costs will not be refunded).
If the items that you have received are different from those ordered
you need to notify us of this as soon as possible (within seven working
days of receiving your delivery).
We advise that you contact us before returning any items and obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office.
Refunds for returned items will be made through PayPal to the “Account”
which the items were purchased within 14 days of receipt of the
returned item(s).
